El Bazar Cafe & Restaurant

We had an amazing dinner. Great atmosphere, excellent service and the food was delicious. We started with some seared tuna and pizzeta with garlic, followed by spaghetti cacio y pepe and some black Angus striploin with garden greens. Baklava with pistachio ice cream to finish. Wonderful. We did it again. What an amazing evening. Thx for being such good host.

We came here two nights in a row because we enjoyed it so much. The food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere, everything is top notch and portions are good. It’s a bit more on the expensive side but it’s such a great dining experience that it’s worth it in our opinion. Probably one of the best restaurants in kuta. The waiters are extremely kind as well. Thank you for everything. We would definitely recommend !!

I spent 90% of my life and money in restaurants, and this is definitely in the top spots. I was truly moved speaking with the owners and the staff. The food literally brought tears to my eyes. My mother is a well-known chef in Italy (TV Shows) especially renowned for her seafood, and yet here I had the best fish I have ever tasted in my life. Talking with Sahdan almost made me cry. Seeing the passion and heart of these people was incredible. Truly delicious, emotional, and relaxing. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to in my life.

We had a wonderful evening at El Bazar, probably my favourite Restaurant in Kuta and definitely the place to go for a special occasion! Great food & friendly staff (definitely make a reservation if you know you're going!)

I first visited El Bazar 8 years ago and it left such a great impression that I had to come back. Happy to say it’s still one of the best rated and most memorable restaurants in Kuta. They’ve updated the decor and improved the service — so big congrats to the team and owners! What we ordered: We started with the baba ganoush, then ordered the local grilled fish of the day (as we were told that ordering the whole fish would take around 45 minutes — and we were already hungry!), and the Sumbawa wild prawns. As mains don’t come with sides, we also got couscous and cauliflower. Food quality: Absolutely delicious — especially the baba ganoush, which was a standout. Portions are on the smaller side, though. Drinks & wine: We only had water during our meal, but it’s worth mentioning that El Bazar has a great wine selection — one of the best we’ve seen in Kuta. Ideal if you’re planning a proper dinner experience. Price: This is one of the more expensive restaurants in Kuta. We paid around €60 (approx. 1 million IDR) for dinner — very much expensive European prices. (Note: wine not included in our bill.) Atmosphere & service: Beautifully decorated with a choice between indoor and outdoor seating — we sat outside. The service is professional and very attentive, with dedicated greeters and multiple waiters. Only odd thing: for this price range, having to go to the cashier to pay felt a bit off. Practical info: - Card payments accepted - Tables are quite close together, which feels a bit cramped for the price point - Menu and staff speak English Overall: A consistent classic in Kuta — perfect for a special dinner or if you’re craving Middle Eastern–Mediterranean flavors in a refined setting.

We had a fantastic evening here celebrating a new job and the experience start to finish here made us feel extremely welcome and looked after. Our waiter Adrio, was an amazing attentive server with lots of knowledge of the menu and was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him. The food was of European standard and quality, 10/10 we would love to return

Very warm welcoming from the lovely staffs especially Agus served us very well And ensure we are all good and greeting us every meal The food is great , i hope the food proportion slightly bigger I ordered a dessert with birthday words The whole team came to sing a birthday song for my friend which was hilarious but feeling warm sweet act. Thank you team! We love the cream brûlée , super tasty! Overall it’s a fantastic experiences.
